Fines

  • A charge for late reserve books or recalled books will be assessed per book. It will include a billing fee or fine.
  • Prompt return of materials is encouraged.
  • Failure to receive a notice does not exempt a borrower from the responsibility to return materials on time.
  • A $20.00 non-waivable billing fee will be charged on all MOBIUS books that go to billing status
