Electronic and Print Reserves

ERes – Electronic Reserves

ERes – Electronic Reserves provides faculty and students the convenience of online service. Students have continuous access to class syllabi, lecture notes, journal articles, etc. - 24 hours a day, no waiting in line, no ID card required.

To begin using ERes, faculty should fill out the Application for an ERes Faculty Account . For ERes training and questions, please contact Terri Hall, Head of Circulation Department, HSL232 at (573)882-2459 or Email.

Faculty placing items on ERes should fill out the HSL Reserve Drop-Off Form and turn it in to the Circulation Desk.



Course Print Reserves

Print material on reserve for courses is available at the Health Sciences Library Circulation Desk. Materials can be checked out for two hours and used within the library. Reserves are limited to 1 copy per each 10 students.

Faculty placing items on print reserve should fill out the HSL Reserve Drop-Off Form and turn it in to the Circulation Desk.



Permanent Print Reserves

Permanent Print Reserves is a collection which contains most-wanted items that are placed on reserve in order to maximize public access and minimize loss of the materials.
