SciFinder on the Web

MU Libraries now has a web version of SciFinder Scholar for searching Chemical Abstracts. Until now, you had to download and install software to use SciFinder Scholar, but now you can search from any web browser after registering.

Unlike the previous client version, the new web version supports email alerts. Once you register, you can save a search and click "keep me posted" to get weekly emails when new articles are found.

The MU Libraries website has details on the features for the web and client versions and a link to the registration page.
