Getting citations into Reference Manager from PubMed

Run your search in PubMed and mark the references you wish to import.

Choose MEDLINE from the Display drop down menu.

Choose File from the Send to: drop down menu.

Save the file as a text document, with the file extension .txt.

Open the Reference Manager database where you want to put the PubMed results. Choose File..Import Text File.

On this screen, you'll need to select the Pubmed filter and the location of the text file you just saved. Click on ... next to Edit Filter:

Locate PubMed.cap in the list of Filters and click on it to select.

Point to the text file you wish to import, and click IMPORT.

Each Pubmed reference you selected will be added to the Reference Manager Database.
