Getting citations into EndNote from Scopus
Scopus features direct export to EndNote.
- If you have not already done so, create an EndNote library. (You can also put the citation in an existing EndNote library.)
- Search Scopus as you normally would.
- Select the items you wish to export to EndNote. You can also add items to your My List for later downloading by selecting the items and clicking "Add to list."
- After selecting the items, click the Output button.
- In the Output menu, choose Export as the desired output type.
- For the Export format, choose RIS format (Reference Manager, ProCite, EndNote); choose desired Output (e.g., Complete format).
- Click Export.
- Choose the appropriate EndNote library.
The program should do the rest!
Note: When you add references to an existing EndNote library, you might see only the most recent entries. Choose References > Show All References (Ctrl+M) to get back to your entire EndNote library.
